Delhi Police, in its commitment to deliver citizen-centered services to the residents of Delhi, has launched a new version of the Delhi Police One Touch Away mobile application named "Tatpar Delhi Police." This updated app consolidates all citizen-focused services found on various web platforms and mobile applications under the unified platform of "Tatpar Delhi Police," offering a convenient solution for accessing multiple services through a single mobile app.

The key feature of the application is its 'Navigate to Jurisdictional Police Station' prominently placed on the home screen. With a single touch, users can access directions on a map to their nearest jurisdictional police station from their current location using their mobile device. Furthermore, users can view essential details of the police station such as its name, Station House Officer's (SHO) name, contact information including mobile number, landline number, and email address, eliminating the need to seek assistance in locating the nearest police station.

An additional standout feature of the app is the SOS Button located at the top of the screen, enabling users to instantly make emergency calls to a pre-defined emergency contact number (SOS) or directly to 100 with a single touch.

The application offers an array of 50+ mobile apps and services classified into three categories: Home, Information, and Social. The Government-to-Citizen (G2C) mobile applications/services available in the "Tatpar Delhi Police" app include:

1. GIS-based jurisdictional PS navigator with contact details of concerned SHO: This feature allows users to navigate to their jurisdictional police station from their device's location, displaying SHO contact details such as photograph, name, call sign, mobile number, landline number, and more. By selecting 'Navigate' on the map screen, users receive guided directions to reach the police station.
2. GIS-based jurisdictional Traffic Circle and PIT navigator with contact details of concerned TI: Users can access directions to their jurisdictional Traffic Circle office from their current location and obtain contact information for Traffic Inspectors (TI). Additionally, users can find details on relevant topics such as 'Know Your TI' providing Circle Name, Traffic Inspector's mobile number, landline number, and address details, as well as 'Towed Vehicle PIT Location' offering information on where vehicles are taken by Traffic Police when towed away.
3. SOS button on Mobile Screen for quick dial to 100/nominated emergency contact: This feature places a red SOS button at the top of the app screen for easy access in emergencies. Users can dial emergency services through options like 'Call 100' for Police Control Room or 'Call SOS' to contact a pre-saved emergency contact. Activating the SOS button sends an emergency SOS message and a 20-second video captured by the app to the Delhi Police and registered emergency contacts.
4. Himmat Plus: An initiative by Delhi Police focused on enhancing women's safety in the capital. Women can register for this emergency service which involves using a Smartphone application to send SOS messages along with location details to the Himmat Plus dashboard of Delhi Police and designated contacts during distressing situations. Users can trigger emergency messages and videos through the SOS button or an assigned hotkey for immediate assistance.
